Co-ordinating,
developing and presenting keynote presentations in Brisbane
schools to promote the learning opportunities available at
Yellow Cabs call centre to increase the number of staff
answering the phones during peak times and hence improve
customer service. |

Co-ordinated, developed and presented a 1.5 hour workshop at
over 16 taxi depots throughout south-east Queensland to
promote the correct usage of Yellow Cabs job despatch system
to improve productivity and customer service levels. Over 280
people attended. |

Researched, composed, designed and coordinated production of
various marketing and promotional tools including magazines,
Fact Sheets, Information Packs, brochures, internal websites,
posters, video covers, training materials, business plans and
award submissions. |

Designed, wrote and managed the implementation of a Training
Project to successfully increase staff attendance on training
courses for BBC News based in London. Over 1674 staff
completed training 1998 to 2000. |
